2013 March for Respect

90 People and 2 Dogs Walked/Rolled with Maddie at the Annual "March for Respect" to Support All People with Disabilities.

For Maddie's Sake invited people and dogs to walk with their group at the Annual March for Respect, a 1.5 mile walk at Dallas West End to show respect for all people with disabilities. Learn more about March for Respect at www.marchforrespect.org.

We gave out free t-shirts to anyone that came out to support us. About 90 people and 2 dogs showed up to walk with our group. Thousands showed up for the walk and rally. Our group came in third place for most attendees, which granted our organization $250. This money is going towards Maddie's trip expenses to the 2014 Foundation for Microcephaly Convention in Phoenix, Arizona. To learn more, visit them at www.microcephaly.org.
